Jordan's Way!!

Endless thanks to Jordan's Way, the amazing volunteers, and the many, many supporters who donated to our little shelter. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and we depend on donations to make sure the dogs receive the best possible care while they await their forever homes. We can't thank you enough for helping to make this event a great success!

Pit Bull Ban Repealed

VICTORY! The Bracken County Fiscal Court just voted to repeal the county's pit bull ban! The ban had been in place since 2004.

About us

We are a small rural shelter in Bracken County, Kentucky. We work to ensure that all animals within the county are safe and cared for, as well as caring for the many dogs that reside in the county shelter. It is a tough job, as our hearts break every day for all the animals that we can't help, try as we might.

Adoptions

The dogs available for adoptions can be found at the link below. There is an application which will need to be completed to ensure that all dogs get the loving forever home they deserve. Adoption fees are $40 and all dogs must be spayed/neutered within 30 days of adoption.
